Account opening and KYC

The account opening can be done self-service or assisted by an agent. The client or user first needs to download the app on their android or iPhone or computer. A client with a smart phone can conduct the entire process unassisted, client who choose to or those with non-smart phones can be assisted by an agent.
When they open the App they will land on the screen 1.

Self-service account opening on a smart phone

After performing the steps described above, in order to confirm that the client is the owner of the documents submitted, they will additionally be required to take a selfie of themselves holding the documents they submitted. (Screen 3) In both cases, to conclude the process, the client will accept the terms and conditions by electronic signature ( Screen 4). After which the system will send them an SMS to update on the status of the account opening ( Screen 5).
